Refund Policy

1. General

  • All payments made to Shaheenz Hospitality (or its brands/services) are non-refundable, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

  • This applies to reservation fees, subscription fees, and any other service fees.

  • However, refunds or partial refunds may be granted at our discretion, subject to the terms below and applicable cancellation policies.

2. Cancellations & Refunds for Reservations

  • For standard (short-term) reservations, once you make your reservation and payment, you may cancel at any time. You may be eligible for a refund in accordance with the cancellation policy posted on our website at the time of your booking.

  • The applicable cancellation policy (including deadlines, percentages refundable, or non-refundable portions) is the one in force at the time your reservation was completed.

  • If your cancellation qualifies, any refund will be processed to your original payment method, minus any transaction or administrative costs.

3. Extended Stay Reservations

  • For extended stay bookings, once the agreement is fully executed by both you and us, such reservations are not cancellable, except where explicitly allowed in the extended stay agreement or order form.

  • If your request to cancel is accepted under those special terms, refund or partial refund may be provided in accordance with that agreement.

4. Modifications

  • If you modify a reservation (change date, etc.), you may be charged the current market rates for the new dates, which may be higher or lower.

  • Any additional charges or adjustments will be shown to you before you accept the modification.

  • Modifications do not necessarily entitle you to a refund for any difference unless otherwise stated.

5. Damages & Property Issues

  • No refund will be given for damages incurred during your stay. If damage is found, we may withhold from your available funds (or charge your payment method) a Damaged Property Fee.

  • You are liable for any loss or damage to the property or its contents caused by you, your guests, or pets.

6. Processing Time & Method

  • Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

  • Processing time may vary depending on bank or payment processor policies.

  • We are not liable for any delays or fees imposed by third-party payment systems.

7. Exceptions & Discretion

  • In special cases (force majeure, legal obligations, goodwill gestures), we may consider exceptions to the above rules.

  • Such exceptions, if granted, are at our sole discretion and must be documented in writing.
